Privacy Notice (KVKK)
This notice explains, under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), how we process personal data collected through crafect.com.
01Data controller
Your personal data is processed by Crafect as data controller. Contact: info@crafect.com.
02What data we process
Through the contact form: full name, e-mail address, phone number (optional), brand or company name (optional), the services you are interested in and your message.
When you use the WhatsApp option, the form content is not sent to our servers; the message is prepared in your WhatsApp app and delivered through WhatsApp (Meta Platforms).
Cookie data about your use of the site is processed only with your consent; see the Cookie Policy for details.
03Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to your contact and quote requests and conducting pre-contract discussions (KVKK art. 5/2-c: establishment or performance of a contract).
- Measuring visit statistics and evaluating ad performance (KVKK art. 5/1: explicit consent; only when you consent to the relevant cookie category).
04Transfers
Form content sent by e-mail reaches us through our e-mail delivery provider Resend (USA). This constitutes a transfer abroad and relies on your explicit consent under KVKK art. 9; by sending the form by e-mail you consent to this transfer.
Analytics and marketing cookies, if you consent, share data with Google (Google Analytics) and Meta (Meta Pixel). These providers' servers may be located abroad.
05Retention
Data relating to contact requests is kept for at most 2 years after the request is closed; if a service contract is concluded, contractual and statutory retention periods apply.
06Your rights
Under KVKK art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it is, to learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly, to know the third parties it is transferred to, to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, to request erasure or destruction, to request that these actions be notified to third parties, to object to a result against you produced by automated analysis, and to claim compensation for damage.
